ALDURAZYME® is the enzyme replacement therapy (ERT) for patients with Hurler and Hurler-Scheie forms of Mucopolysaccharidosis I (MPS I) and for patients with the Scheie forms who have moderate to severe symptoms.
ALDURAZYME® has NOT been evaluated to treat (Limitation of Use):
- Patients who have been mildly affected by the Scheie form
- The central nervous system symptoms
