ALDURAZYME® (laronidase) is an enzyme replacement therapy used to treat patients with MPS I disease (Mucopolysaccharidosis I). It is indicated for patients with Hurler and Hurler-Scheie forms of MPS I and for patients with the Scheie form who have moderate to severe symptoms.

ALDURAZYME has NOT been evaluated to treat:

  • Patients who have been mildly affected by the Scheie form of MPS I; or
  • The central nervous system symptoms of MPS I
